Design and Research of Experimental Platform for Motor Efficiency Testing

An experimental platform for motor efficiency testing is designed and constructed, aiming at accurately evaluating motor performance, especially paying attention to the dynamic influence of working temperature and environmental factors. By scientifically selecting the driving method, optimizing the transmission line layout and carefully planning the overall scheme, the efficiency and accuracy of the test system are ensured. The platform adopts advanced input and output methods to realize the refinement and standardization of motor efficiency test. This study not only improves the comprehensiveness and accuracy of motor efficiency test, but also deeply analyzes how temperature and environmental factors affect motor performance, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for objective evaluation and targeted optimization of motor performance.
