Optimization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Oil Pipeline Crack Detection Algorithm Based on Deep Learning

In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of oil pipeline crack detection, this article optimizes the deep learning crack detection algorithm based on drones, introduces attention mechanism, multi-scale feature fusion, and adaptive learning rate adjustment technologies. The results indicate that these optimization measures significantly improve the detection performance of the model, reduce the missed and false detection rates, and provide effective technical support for monitoring high-risk pipelines.
