Production Process Decision-Making Scheme Based on Genetic Algorithm

This paper centers on the decision-making issues that enterprises encounter at each stage during the production process. Incorporating 0–1 Programming and Genetic Algorithm (GA), and leveraging relevant statistical knowledge, appropriate decision-making models for each stage of enterprise production are established to help rational decision-making in the actual product production process and thereby obtain greater benefits.
