Artificial Intelligence in Green Human Resource Management to Enhance Employee Green Behavior Through Employee Green Knowledge and Motivation

This study aims to examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption in Green Human Resource Management Practices (GHRMP) on employee green behavior. Utilizing a quantitative cross-sectional survey design and PLSSEM analysis technique with sample size of 355, the results reveal that AI adoption significantly influences employee green behavior, mediated by enhanced employee green knowledge and motivation. The findings emphasize the potential of AI to revolutionize GHRM practices and foster a more sustainable workforce, while also provide several practical implications for the organizations to help them maintaining a sustainable workplace.
