AI-Integrated Telemedicine: Redefining Remote Healthcare Delivery with Intelligent Web Solutions

The rapid evolution of digital health has led to the development of telemedicine platforms that improve access to health care facility and its efficiency in patient care. This paper highlights the design and implementation of a smart web-based telemedicine platform with Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled clinical decision support systems (CDSS). The platform features modules for disease prediction for CDSS, cloud-hosted video conferencing for teleconsultation, learning management system (LMS) for tele-education, scheduling for patient management and multimodal communication options. The usage of AI enhances diagnostic accuracy and prescreening, while cloud infrastructure ensures scalability and reliability. The initial results indicates improved accessibility, reduced diagnostic time and enhanced user satisfaction, paving the way for the widespread adoption of such platforms.
