Micro-Vibration Sensing System Based on Silicon Photonic Integrated Circuit

We proposed a compact micro-vibration sensing system based on silicon photonic integrated circuit and demonstrated the vibration measurement with it at several typical frequencies. The integrated scheme achieves higher sensitivity and lower noise level.
