From Single to Multiple Solitons in a GaN Mode-Locked Polariton Laser

We demonstrate a mode-locked polariton laser in a $40\mu m$-long GaN ridge cavity, based on cavity solitons. Changing the pump position along the cavity allows to control the formation of single or multiple solitons.
