Application of Image Encryption Based on Four-Dimensional Fractional-Order Chaotic System

In order to solve the problem of small key space and simple chaotic behavior in the discrete domain of low-dimensional chaotic systems, this paper replaces integer-order differential operators with fractional-order differential operators to obtain four-dimensional fractional-order chaotic systems. Research has shown that four-dimensional fractional-order chaotic systems can increase the complexity of chaos, and their dynamic behavior and the dynamic performance of generating chaotic sequences are analyzed in detail. We have designed an image encryption scheme based on bidirectional diffusion, cyclic shift, and global permutation by reusing the chaotic sequence generated by the new system. The results of histogram analysis, correlation analysis, information entropy analysis, and anti shear and anti noise attack analysis show that this encryption scheme has extremely high security and practicality.
