Pilot Projects of Digitalization in the Excursion Business

The traditional concept of guided tours is no longer suitable for all target groups in the digital age, given the needs of Generations Z and Alpha, which account for approximately 59% of tourist traffic in the Russian Federation and 50% in China. This presents a challenge for the current system of offered products, as it does not meet the demands of customers. To address this issue, an innovative approach is required in the creation of tour materials, specifically the digitalization of tours and the optimization of software algorithms based on artificial intelligence. This article aims to present the results of research into the development and implementation of a mechanism for generating digital interactive tours. The study proposes an algorithm for utilizing a digital platform that reduces manual labor, which has been patented. The aim of this research was to enhance the effectiveness of digital platforms designed for generating quest excursions.
