Liver ailments present a pressing concern on a global scale, impacting countless lives across diverse regions. Prompt diagnosis and effective intervention play a pivotal role in enhancing outcomes and mitigating the burden, yet diagnosing the disease at its initial stages remains complex. Leveraging the power of machine learning, this research focuses on enhancing diagnostic accuracy and efficiency for liver disease. A predictive model was developed using diverse clinical data, achieving an impressive accuracy of 83 % on the test set through LR hyperparameter tuning. This performance surpasses conventional diagnostic methods, approach offers a groundbreaking method for detecting liver-related conditions without invasive procedures, Presenting an affordable and dependable solution. Additionally, it effectively pinpoints individuals who may face a heightened probability of advanced liver disorders, such as fibrosis or organ deterioration. Such insights could guide personalized treatment strategies aimed at preventing the progression of these complications.
