Research on Logic Integrated Circuit Design and System Verification of Fuze All-Electronic Safety System

In view of the urgent need of miniaturization, integration and low power consumption of ammunition fuze all electronic safety system in modern war, adopting the principle of modular design, the hardware and software architecture of the system is designed, and the low-voltage logic integrated circuit chip solution using three-dimensional stacked package integration is proposed. The finite element simulation method is used to analyze the heat dissipation and overload bearing capacity and determine the chip production process parameters. The actual production and test results show that the IC chip size is $20.3 \times 20.3 \times 9.5 ~\text{mm}^{3}$, weight is 8.02 g, and dynamic power consumption reaches 0.866 W, comparing with traditional discrete circuit design the volume reduced by 87.9 %, weight reduced by 82.5 %, and dynamic power consumption reduced by 72.9 %. The electrical performance of fuze all-electronic safety system prototype equipped with integrated chip is normal, which verifying the proposed logic integrated circuit design has engineering application value.
