Design of Feedforward PID Control System for DC Motor Based on Simulink and DSP

This paper addresses the issues of complex code writing, poor portability of traditional DC motor control, and the difficulty in closely integrating Simulink model simulation with control boards. It proposes a design scheme for a DC motor feedforward PID control system that uses a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) as the core control board and automatically generates code based on a Simulink-built simulation model. Finally, the embedded model is verified through the built upper computer. The research results show that through the model-based design of Simulink, the development difficulty of complex control algorithms for DC motors is effectively reduced, and the development efficiency and system portability are improved.
