Application of Computer-Assisted Technology in the Development of Digital Resources for Vocational College Courses

The advancement of computer-assisted technology has emerged as a significant catalyst for enhancing the quality of vocational education. This study explores the integration of computer-assisted methods in the development of digital resources, aimed at fostering student engagement and optimizing learning outcomes. We present a case study focused on the torsion of composite shafts, structured around a four-step methodological framework. First, we developed a geometric model to mathematically analyze the stress distribution and angular twist of the composite shaft under external loads. Second, we generated visually interactive digital resources through modeling and numerical computation. Third, we restructured existing course content using these digital assets and designed an instructional approach centered on collaborative discussions. Finally, we conducted a teaching experiment, employing a combination of surveys and sampling techniques for evaluation. The results indicate the feasibility of utilizing computer-assisted technology for resource development, highlighting a notable increase in student interest and enhanced classroom interaction. This study underscores the trend of integrating computer-assisted technology in vocational education, advocating for further research to optimize pedagogical effectiveness.
