Analysis of Vehicle Dynamics Model and Vibration Characteristic

This paper presents an analysis of vehicle dynamics, vibration control, and noise management, focusing on improving safety, handling, and comfort in modern vehicles. It begins by addressing challenges in roll center modeling, highlighting limitations of current kinematic and force-based methods under high lateral acceleration. A refined roll center model is developed for more accurate stability predictions. The study also proposes an enhanced rollover dynamics model that incorporates transient effects to prevent rollover accidents, especially for high-center-of-gravity vehicles. For occupant safety and comfort, the research refines human dynamics models to enhance posture control and seat design during lateral acceleration, improving both comfort and protection. Advanced vibration and noise control techniques, such as dynamic vibration absorbers, active noise control, and smart materials, are explored to reduce internal vibrations and cabin noise, particularly for electric vehicles (EVs). This study's significance lies in its potential to enhance vehicle safety, stability, and ride quality. The findings offer insights for optimizing suspensions, preventing rollovers, and managing noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). Future research will explore integrating AI and real-time optimization to advance these systems.
