Structural Optimization Design of Fan Dust Removal Device Based on TRIZ Theory

When the fan is working, due to the principle of electrostatic adsorption, small dust in the air will adhere to the blades. At the same time, this seasonal product, the fan, will also accumulate dust when not in use. At present, there is no costeffective fan blade dust removal device on the market, and the problem of dust removal has been troubling people. This paper is based on the TRIZ theory and focuses on the problem of dust on fan blades. It optimizes the structure of existing fan dust removal devices.The improved device power system adopts a recyclable charging device, and the cleaning structure brush head sponge is easy to disassemble and replace, thus having the advantages of easy portability, low cost, and suitability for largescale procurement.This article first provides a brief explanation of the TRIZ theory, clarifying the basic steps and methods of solving problems using this theory. The interaction matrix knowledge in TRIZ theory is applied to study and analyze the model of dust removal devices; And using functional analysis tools, focus the functional defects of the dust removal device on the issues of sponge, hydraulic rod, and telescopic rod. At the same time, through causal chain analysis, the essential cause of the problem was identified, which is that the sponge component in the dust removal system is prone to getting dirty. The problem was analyzed layer by layer through causal chain analysis, and it was ultimately concluded that the dirty sponge was caused by insufficient material and external pollution. Then, by researching the current status of fan dust removal device products in the market, the design elements of fan dust removal device products were summarized, and the contradictions and conflicts in this design were listed; And based on the technical characteristics required for system design, the basic design elements, design principles, and design directions of the fan dust removal system are provided. Finally, a specific design scheme was implemented for the fan dust removal system according to the design positioning, and the effectiveness of the above design principles was demonstrated.
