Federated AI Framework for Privacy-Preserving Differential Diagnosis Across Distributed Digital Networks

This is a research work that compares the effectiveness of two main social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram, in attracting user engagement through advertising. With online marketing being the main marketing platform used in today's times, it is important to know which platform is more engaging. An enhanced computational technique, called the “Advanced Method for the Optimal Solution of a Transportation Problem” is introduced. A computational efficiency and accuracy in deriving optimal solutions is benchmarked for this method against the conventional MODI (Modified Distribution) method. Experimental results show that the proposed method has nearly the same results as the other two methods in terms of optimality but the computation time is much less than the other two methods. Engagement metrics from paid ads on social platforms between a period of 23 days show that Facebook has always recorded higher engagement rates as compared to Instagram. Thus, it can be said that Facebook is more effective in building user interactions. Finally, these results have broader implications for strategic decision making in digital advertising, resource allocation etc.
