In response to the current low efficiency of helium pressurization for leak detection in hermetically sealed optoelectronic devices among optical component manufacturers in the field of optical communications, a low-cost automatic helium pressurization device for airtightness testing of optoelectronic devices has been designed. By coordinating the use of solenoid valves and time relays, the system achieves automatic helium filling and discharging for optoelectronic devices. Within a set period, automatic filling and discharging are employed to achieve balanced pressure control inside the tank, thus enhancing the accuracy of airtightness testing pressure for products, ensuring product quality, and improving production efficiency. This design holds significant importance in airtightness testing production by eliminating manual intervention and enabling automatic control during the production process. It has practical application significance, especially in the context of 5 G optical communication component production.
