Design and Application of a Signal Acquisition Circuit for JRC Transmitters

This paper designs an operating status signal acquisition circuit for JRC shortwave transmitter, which processes both analogue and digital signals from the transmitter and inputs them into the PLC for data processing. The system simultaneously receives control commands from the host computer and transmits them to the PLC, then inputs the processed signals into the transmitter to perform relevant operations. The circuit integrates analog conversion, level processing, and protection isolation modules to achieve stable signal acquisition and transmission. Through extensive practical application tests, the results demonstrate that the signal acquisition accuracy reaches 0.1%, the response time is less than 10ms, and the signal-to-noise ratio exceeds 60dB. The system operation reliability is significantly improved with MTBF exceeding 50,000 hours, effectively preventing broadcasting errors and providing robust technical guarantee for subsequent monitoring, alarm, and status notification functions.
