Design and implementation of stacking and unstacking workstation of automatic storage system based on PLC

Stacking and unstacking in automated storage system is the core process to realize efficient storage and sorting of goods. This paper designs a stacking and unstacking system based on Siemens PLC control, using PLC simulation to control the unstacking workstation and stepping motor to control the stacking workstation. The paper discusses the basic structure and function of the system. We need to build a training platform to test the stability of the system, and realize the automatic control of the system, so that it can operate efficiently and accurately, so as to improve work efficiency.
