The paper explores the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI), data security, and intelligent education systems over the last decade, analyzing 1,600 papers from SCOPUS. The study uses bibliometric and entropy analysis to map research trends, keywords, geographical distribution, authorship, and citation patterns. The analysis identifies significant shifts in research focus, particularly following the COVID-19 pandemic, and provides insights into the impact of AI on educational practices, with a specific emphasis on the growing concerns surrounding data and privacy security.
