A Study on Color Extraction of Hui'an Women's Clothing Based on K-Means Clustering Algorithm

Hui'an women's costumes, a folk custom of Hui'an County, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, is one of the national intangible cultural heritages. Goal By exploring and presenting the color characteristics in Hui'an women's traditional costumes, it provides color law reference for the innovative design of Hui'an women's costumes. Methodology After pre-processing 54 samples using Adobe Photoshop software, the main colors were extracted and analyzed after two clusters by K-Means clustering algorithm. Fruit The results show that the highest percentage of Huian women's blouse and headscarves in Xiaozuo area are light pink, rose red followed by dark pink, pink, light red, etc., and the hue is warm overall. The method of color extraction and the analysis of the main colors of Hui'an women's costumes can provide useful reference for the realization of the intermingling of traditional culture and clothing design.
