Data-driven Constructive Approaches and Translation Strategies for the Chinese Medicines in Chongqing University of Chinese Medicine

In order to improve the effect of cultivating complex talents in Chinese medicine and further promote Chinese medicine to the world, this paper proposes to establish an English corpus based on big data, and puts forward the translation strategy of integrated constructive and equivalent translation and conceptual metonymy, and conducts the experimental teaching with the second-year students of the Major of Traditional Chinese Medicine of in Chongqing university of Chinese Medicine, and the results show that the use of the parallel corpus can greatly improve the standard level of students' translations, and enhance students' learning interest.
