Research on Construction of Knowledge Base for Quality Evaluation of Distribution Network Projects Based on Multi-source Documents

Distribution network projects, as an important part of the power system, face many challenges during their evaluation process. Due to the complexity and regional differences of related documents for distribution network projects, the subjectivity in the writing of these documents is strong, leading to a complex and difficult quality evaluation process. To improve the standardization, accuracy, and efficiency of the writing and quality review process for documents related to distribution network projects, this study adopts a knowledge base modeling approach, combining multi-source text materials to mine quality evaluation knowledge elements in multiple dimensions, and constructs a quality evaluation knowledge base for distribution network projects. Ultimately, it achieves the function of automatic or semi-automatic quality evaluation scoring after the entity storage of project feasibility reports.
