Development of a MEMS-Based VOCs Gas Sensor and Monitoring System for Environmental Detection

In this study, a monitoring system was developed to allow multiple VOCs sensors to monitor the environment simultaneously. MEMS technology was employed to optimize the energy consumption of individual gas sensors, enabling the four sensors to maintain power consumption at approximately 270 mW. This system offers a reliable solution for continuous real-time monitoring of VOCs concentrations.
