Integration of Adaptive Lighting Control and Energy Consumption Prediction

In recent days, there is rise in need to look up on energy consumption since its impact on earth is increasing day by day. The proposed system brings out the application of IoT technology to gather real-time data and automate the monitoring and management of energy usage. The setup used here involves using NodeMCU-ESP8266 controller with LDR, DHT11 and IR sensors. These sensors have the capability to find light intensity, temperature, and humidity and the person detection. The information is stored in the ThingSpeak IoT cloud for further analysis. Using the predictive algorithms, the proposed model enables forecasting energy consumption patterns and automating energy management. Monitoring of resource output can be effectively and efficiently done through prediction algorithm. The algorithm which we have used is Random Forest. The Website is also integrated for giving user friendly webpage with streak tracking and some other access too. The suggested system improves energy efficiency, automation, and predictive analysis to promote sustainable energy consumption.
