Developing a Stock Management Application for Inventory Control

This research work aims to implement a web-based Stock Manager Application that will help in tracking laboratory devices. Created with HTML and JavaScript, this platform provides a user-friendly interface for the management of device information and inventory counts in real-time. It has functions for storing information about a device, checking the stock level, and giving low stock alerts. Through the system’s friendly user interface, navigation is smooth and data comprehensive, which in return, leads to low dependency on the offline processes. A user-friendly dashboard that the users can customize, has elaborate reports so that the right decisions can be made, as well as allocation of resources. The purpose of the system is to assist in the smooth functioning, accountability of the stock, and offer laboratory management support to ensure devices and equipment are used optimally.
