Scope and execution of artificial intelligence in trading of stock market using mathematical modeling and Python programming

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become popular nowadays due to its data prediction in the majority of fields like management, engineering, medical science, etc. Looking at the synergy between information technology and management criticality and the need for systematic trading in the stock market (SM), AI is presented as a bridge between SM and Information technology engineering in the present study. In this paper, the scope and execution of AI are discussed for SM trading by developing the mathematical model. The mathematical model is developed based on the logic of chart reading and the mathematical formula with delivering reward-to-risk (RR) analysis. Validation is also presented for the developed model. Python programming (PP) is used to execute AI-based Algorithmic trading. Automated Buy signals and Sell signals are generated based on the developed model with PP and their execution is the core outcome of the present research work. RR should be planned at least 2:1 to achieve consistence profits.
