AI Controller Based Disease Identification System for Battery Cage Breed Live Stack Farm Management

In this country mostly broiler and country chickens are raised for food requirement. To meet the food demand of the country, it is very important that the chickens raised are healthy. By providing poultry farms with clean drinking water, healthy air and an ammonia-free environment, the poultry farms can raise healthy chickens. The health of chickens is only determined by the conditions they are raised in and the diet they consume. Chickens are only fed once or twice a day. When chickens are fed the right amount at the right time, chickens grow up very healthy. Some errors occur when working with humans to take care of chickens. A few human mistakes can sometimes even cause death to chickens. By automating the tasks of feeding the chickens, providing water to the chickens and maintaining the poultry house with the help of a controller, quality chicken production can be achieved. By detecting the ammonia gas generated in the poultry house and taking appropriate precautions, we can also reduce the risks posed by chickens to humans. R04 controller is used for automating the poultry process including feeding station, drinker station and brooding station. The controller is programmed with Mitsubishi GX Works 3 software and I/O modules are used for handling the inputs and output devices.
