Digital Notification Solution for Prohibited Articles of Civil Aviation Checked Baggage

In order to ensure the safety of civil aviation flights, checked baggage of civil aviation passengers are not allowed to include dangerous goods. The passengers must sign the notification to ensure the awareness of prohibited and restricted items are not contained in checked baggage. However, the paper version notification is difficult to retrieve and only includes basic information. Paper consumption is expensive and faces great storage pressure. To realize the paperless signing of the prohibited and restricted item, this paper proposed the digital notification solution, using the electronic signature technology to ensure validity of the signature, assisting the digital transformation of airport ground services.
