A Cooperative Game-based Model for the Coordinated Control of Wind-solar-storage Cluster

Under the backdrop of the power market and the low-carbon economy, in order to reduce the problem of wind and solar power outages in the wind-solar power generation clusters and improve the utilization rate of self-configured energy storage, a cooperative game-based coordinated control model for wind-solar-storage clusters has been established. Firstly, based on the complementary characteristics of new energy power stations, a working mechanism for the wind-solar-storage cluster with energy storage sharing is designed. Secondly, a wind-solar-storage cluster alliance revenue model considering the revenue from power sales of power stations, the penalty revenue for wind and solar power outages, the penalty revenue for planned power generation errors, transmission costs and the cost of energy storage life is established. On this basis, considering the uncertainty of electricity prices and wind and solar power output, a collaborative control model for the wind-solar-storage cluster based on cooperative game theory is established. Finally, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the collaborative control model, and the Shapley value is used to calculate the revenue distribution strategy for the wind-solarstorage cluster alliance. An example analysis was conducted on the collaborative control model of the wind-solar-storage cluster. The control model proposed in this paper can effectively enhance the utilization rate of energy storage, increase the income of the wind-solar-storage cluster, and play a positive role in the market absorption of new energy.
