Research on Automatic Storage System of State Grid Hangzhou Smart Power Logistics Park Based on Internet of Things

With the increasing demand for efficient, accurate and intelligent logistics in power logistics park, the traditional warehousing management mode can no longer meet the current demand. Therefore, this study aims to build an efficient, intelligent and reliable automatic storage system through the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system architecture is divided into perception layer, network layer, platform layer and application layer. By integrating RFID, GPS, LoRa and other key technologies, the automatic storage, rapid retrieval, accurate distribution, real-time monitoring and management of materials are realized. The empirical research shows that after the introduction of automatic storage system, the efficiency of warehousing operation has increased by about 30%, the inventory accuracy has increased to over 99%, and the material turnover time has been shortened by over 20%. In addition, the system also reduces labor costs and operating costs, and improves data security and equipment compatibility. Despite the challenges of technology integration, data security and cost control, the park successfully solved these problems by taking corresponding measures.
