Research on Optimization Decision Model of Top Coal Mining Grounded in SSA-BPNN Model

In an effort to calculate the optimal coal drawing process parameters of fully mechanized caving face in thick coal seam and effectively elevate the decision-making efficiency of process parameters, grounded in the field situation of 12309 working face in Wangjialing Coal Mine, PFC^2Dwas employed to carry out orthogonal test and coal drawing process parameters. The evaluation was carried out by simple weighting method (SAW method). Based upon the findings of orthogonal test, the decision-making optimization model of top coal mining process parameters was constructed systematically. Subsequently, the model was optimized by sparrow search algorithm. As demonstrated by the research findings: (2) The optimal parameters of 12309 working face are as follows: the caving step distance is one mining and one caving, the mining and caving ratio is mining 2.5 and 3.6, and the caving method is interval caving; (3) Compared with the single BP model, the forecasting accuracy rate of the SSA-BPNN model in the trend direction and the tendency direction is increased by 5.3 % and 33.18 % severally. The SSA-BPNN model can be adopted to predict the fully mechanized top coal caving mining process.
