Assessment of the Degree of Importance of the Human Factor for Improving the Effectiveness of Information Security System Measures

In this article, an assessment of the degree of importance of the human factor for improving the effectiveness of information security measures is proposed. In fact, an attempt has been made to rethink the aspect of the problem clearly related to the technical field of knowledge within the framework of a humanitarian approach. For this purpose, a choice was made in favor of a methodology that would allow synthesizing socio-psychological and engineering components. The structural-functional method acts as such a tool. The purpose of this article is to rethink the degree of importance of the human factor for improving the effectiveness of information security measures. The choice of this method is also because in practice, specialists, analysts, and experts in the audit of information security demonstrate this methodological approach. Using this methodology, it is proposed to focus on identifying the structure of the system, namely, on the totality of stable relationships and the relationship between its elements and their functional role relative to each other.
