Technology Review. Strategies and Statistics in the Microelectronics Market

Microelectronics, and especially UHF (ultra-high frequency) monolithic integrated circuits (MIC), are critical area in modern technologies. With the growth of data consumption and the development of wireless technologies, the importance of effective design and production of UHF MIC is increasing. Given the global increase in demand for high-frequency technologies, Russia faces challenges and opportunities in the field of UHF microelectronics. Modern requirements for the quality and reliability of electronic components establish the need for the introduction of modern methods of statistical control and process management. This article discusses the achievements of leading countries in the development and production of UHF MIC, as well as the analysis of domestic achievements in the international market of UHF microelectronics. The activity of countries in the field of MIC was analyzed, the leading companies in this field were identified and the main directions of their activities were outlined. An overview of the state of the UHF MIC industry in Russia is made.
