Design Method of RIS Beamforming Codebook Based on Network Control Repeater

In the multi-SSB beam scenario on NR TDD and NR FDD networks, the Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) technology is used to enhance indoor coverage performance. Based on the Network Control Repeater (NCR) technology, the RIS control module selects the SSB beam with the strongest RSRP. RIS electromagnetic control parameters are set in polling mode, a transmission RIS is collected on a base station side as an RSRP level value fed back by an end terminal in relay access, and the base station selects a RIS control parameter with the strongest RSRP level value fed back by a terminal as a RIS transmission beamforming codebook. to improve the coverage performance of the RIS access terminal.
