Research Methodology for Manual and Mechanical High Altitude Adjustment Factors for Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects

Aiming at the problem of artificial efficiency decay and mechanical performance decline in the construction of photovoltaic projects in high-altitude regions, this study constructs a temperature-pressure coupled correction system. Through the establishment of altitude gradient-oxygen saturation index model and composite mechanical correction algorithm, breaking through the traditional linear correction limitations. Based on the three-dimensional test matrix of 2000–5200 meters on the Tibetan Plateau, 450 sets of multi-source data are collected to calibrate the parameters, and the dynamic model of artificial efficiency adjustment coefficient and mechanical power segmentation compensation strategy are proposed. Empirical evidence shows that the system compresses the manual labor prediction error to less than 4.5%, reduces the mechanical power correction deviation to 3.2%, and saves construction cost by more than 23% in the extreme altitude region above 4000 meters. The research results form the energy industry standard NB/T 32048–2023, which provides precise efficiency control tools for ultra-high altitude PV projects.
