Data Acquisition and Diagnosis System of Automatic Cylinder Filling System Based on Real-Time Ethernet

Industrial gas is an important raw material for manufacturing chips, gas cylinder automatic filling equipment as the core equipment of the gas cylinder filling industry, its performance directly affects the speed and quality of the gas cylinder filling, the detection and maintenance of this type of equipment still stays in the traditional timing detection, planned maintenance, testing and maintenance efficiency can not keep up with the development of the industry needs. In this paper, a data acquisition and diagnosis system based on Ethernet with realtime monitoring, diagnosis and display functions is proposed. The overall framework of the data acquisition and diagnosis system is designed according to the possible fault types of the automatic filling equipment of gas cylinders. The sensor and corresponding data processing module are designed according to various fault monitoring methods, and the data transmission module of the system is designed based on Ethernet communication protocol using Beckhoff EK1100 terminal. SQL language is used to design database and realize the communication between database and upper computer interface, LabVIEW is used to design software upper computer interface, and MQTT communication protocol is used to realize the remote alarm function of the system. Explore a new safe road for automatic filling of gas cylinders.
