A Controlled Gesture Smart Vending Machine Using AI Techniques

Commonly found in public areas, vending machines require interaction between users and the machine in order to acquire products. Handling standardvending machine interfaces has been known to result in delays, less convenience for users, and hygiene issues, particularly in regions with heavy traffic. Users may become dissatisfied as a result, particularly in settings where prompt, frictionless interaction is preferred. Adaptive human-machine interface systems are a feature of many contemporary smart vending machines, howeverthey are typically highly priced. Hand gesture control offers a crucial way to solve this problem and effectively operate vending machines without making physical touch. We used an Al-driven gesture recognition algorithm to create a hand gesture-based smart vending machine control system. Because of its small setup, the vending machine may be easily integrated with the current one.
