Design and Research of High Mobility Radar Erecting Device

Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and low reliability of large array radar, a radar lifting and array unfolding and retracting system is designed. The system uses electromechanical hydraulic integration design technology to achieve rapid erection and retraction of radar, and complete the conversion of working state and driving state. The lifting system uses a 4-section sleeve truss mechanism to lift the radar to more than 7 meters above the ground. The array expansion and retraction system can retract the antenna array with a width of 5 meters to a width of 1 meter, and the extension ratio is greater than 5. The system has strong adaptability to the environment and high reliability, and the erection time of the whole radar is controlled within 5 minutes, which greatly improves the erection efficiency of large aperture radar, and provides a reference for the system design of this kind of mechanism.
