Rapid Customizing of Flexible Oects Arrays for Low-Cost Biosensing and Biocomputing

Organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) are promising for next-generation biosensing and neuromorphic computing. With the growing demand for flexible OECTs in wearable bioelectronics, a low-cost, fast fabrication method is highly desired. Here, we propose a scalable printing-based fabrication method for rapid production of flexible all-solid-state OECTs. The proposed technology can produce devices with high yield, minimal variation, and high stability, which allows quick evaluation of OECT-relevant new materials, devices, and circuits.
