Advances and Challenges in Distributed Flexible Manufacturing-Shop Scheduling: A Comprehensive Review

As market demands for customization and person-alization grow, traditional scheduling methods struggle to respond rapidly and optimize efficiently. This paper reviews research on distributed flexible manufacturing-shop scheduling problem (DFMSP) published from 2020 to 2024, summarizing existing studies on production processes, constraints, solution algorithms and applications from multiple dimensions. Additionally, it pre-sents a forward-looking analysis of future research directions, aiming to offer valuable guidance for related academic endeavors.
