Diagnostics of Flow Analyzer Blocks and Elements Using Proton Magnetic Resonance Parameters Without Switching it Off

The federal program “Digital economics of Russian Federation” formulated an actual problem of control and diagnosis of the equipment for the optimal control of oil-mining and oil-preparation in the frames of “smart digital oil deposits” (SDOD) [1]. Digital automation provides an opportunity for transition to a new stage of exploitation of the old deposits [2], the number of which has been increasing during the last decades. Harder oil-mining conditions envisage for a constant multi channel and multi parametric express-control of oil characteristics, because contemporary methods and tools of control does not give full information about it. It is necessary to form a park of reliable measurement means on the basis of automated software measuring complexes (SMC) with a function of equipment self-diagnostics without its switching off. This can be done by increasing the reliability of measurement instruments, thus, it is relevant to conduct diagnostics of the stream analyzer blocks and elements by proton magnetic resonance parameters without switching them off.
