Research on Children's Toy Packaging Design under the Perspective of Humanistic Functionalism

Objective To explore the design ideas contained in humanistic functionalism, explore the new path of children's toy packaging design from the perspective of humanistic functionalism, and apply it to the practice of children's toy packaging design, so as to achieve the multidimensional consideration and innovation of this kind of packaging design in the expression and experience of commodity information. Methods First of all, the application of humanistic functionalism in children's toy packaging design was systematically sorted out and summarized by literature review method, and on this basis, a relatively complete theoretical system and literature resources vein were constructed. Secondly, the relationship between humanistic functionalism and packaging design was sorted out and feasibility studied by inductive analysis method, and the theoretical basis and system scheme suitable for humanistic functional design of children's toy packaging were summarized. Finally, the market research method is used to consider the specific categories of children's toy packaging, and produce targeted design. Conclusion Combining the elements of humanist functionalism theory with the design elements of children's toy packaging, we can build the innovative design method of humanist function of children's toy packaging.
