Research and Practice of Construction Scheme of Job Competency Knowledge Graph

The knowledge graph provides powerful data support and intelligent analysis capabilities for advancing the digitization of education. In the construction of curriculum systems for intelligent education, it is imperative to consider the demands of the industry for students' abilities. This article introduces the construction and application practice of a knowledge graph that integrates positions, abilities, and courses. Firstly, based on the job requirements and the correspondence between positions, abilities, and courses, an ontology of job abilities and courses is constructed. Subsequently, an improved TI-FastText algorithm is utilized to perform entity recognition and relation extraction on the textual corpus of the courses, followed by knowledge fusion to form relational triples. Knowledge graph visualization technology is employed for the design of the frontend interface, which is used for querying and displaying the knowledge graph. The knowledge graph-empowered smart education platform has been developed. The application of this platform has made the integration of educational resources and the evaluation of teaching effects more precise and efficient.
