Innovative Design Research on the Management Information System of University Sports Venues in the Era of Smart Sports

With the rise of smart sports, university sports facility management is undergoing a digital transformation. Currently, university sports venues face issues such as low efficiency and uneven resource allocation. This paper designs a management information system based on the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and artificial intelligence, aiming to optimize resource scheduling, equipment maintenance and user experience in university sports venues by means of intelligent methods. The system combines functions such as reservation management, facility monitoring, data analysis, and intelligent recommendations, achieving intelligent management and personalized services. Testing shows that the system significantly improves management efficiency and user experience, providing strong support for the development of smart campuses.
