Determinant Factors Impacting Employees' Emotional Well-Being in the Digital Work Environment

This study aims to identify and analyze factors affecting employees' emotional well-being in the digital work environment. This is because the era resulted in some impact on mental welfare such that this state will be a new challenge for workers to adapt. Thus., it is significant to know the several aspects affecting the quality of emotion. The survey was conducted by distributing the questionnaire to 140 experienced workers in operating digital devices. The structural equation modeling (SEM) principle was applied to analyze data utilizing the SmartPLS tool. The results of this study showed that technology integration., organizational support., and work flexibility are significant in increasing workload which will downturn workers” emotional prosperity conditions and vice versa. These findings underscore the importance of improving such factors to increase employees” emotional well-being.
