Research on Intelligent Docking Station Product Design Based on KJ-KANO-AHP

With the development of mobile office form, for the current docking station products and user needs do not match the problem, design to meet the user's actual needs of intelligent docking station products. Through comprehensive analysis methods such as literature research, field survey, semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey, combined with the KJ method to obtain the user's functional demand indicators of the intelligent docking station; using the KANO model to classify the attributes of the functional demand; using the AHP method to construct the functional demand recursive hierarchical model, calculating the weights of each demand and clarifying the key demands, based on which the product solution design is carried out. According to the KJ-KANO-AHP integration method, a smart docking station is designed to meet users' functional requirements. Applying the KJ-KANO-AHP integration method to the design study of intelligent docking station products can effectively improve the scientificity and rationality of the design process, and provide a new theoretical framework and reference for the research and development of related products.
