Exact controllability of perturbed continuous-time linear systems

We derive a necessary and a sufficient condition for the exact controllability of a linear system to a linear subspace in the framework of square integrable controls and causal information structure. We also give some results in the framework of absolutely integrable controls, relating the latter to the former.
