Our research paper is related with the same, we solved the ambiguity of Placement process of students and trying to reduce stress of students and placement coordinators as well. the solution is provided in a proposed model as “Placement Management System” which will help all to make the thing easier and coordination better. Result after this Study is extremely important for recruiters and students to have communication, with placement officers in order to ensure a placement process and avoid missing out on opportunities due to inadequate communication or delays, in updates regarding interview schedules or result announcements. The system needs to cater to a range of users such, as students, admins, recruiters and other user groups, with needs and levels of access. Ensuring an user experience while managing responsibilities and permissions could pose a challenge. For this the frontend and backend will be developed by using HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, Java. In addition, along with Tomcat webserver.
