Research on Adaptive Control Strategy of Double Servo Valve Drive for Fully Automatic Hydraulic Heavy Equipment

Firstly, based on the structure and principle of the hydraulic system, the pressure dynamics model of the two chambers of the hydraulic cylinder and the transfer function model of the electro-hydraulic servo valve are established, which provide a theoretical basis for the system dynamic analysis. Secondly, the adaptive control strategy is designed by combining the velocity feed-forward control and fuzzy PID control to improve the synchronization control accuracy, anti-interference ability and overshooting volume control performance of the system. The superiority of the proposed method in the synchronization control, anti-interference performance and overshooting quantity control of the hydraulic cylinder is verified through experimental tests. The experimental results show that the proposed method can significantly reduce the positional synchronization error of the hydraulic cylinder, show stronger robustness and stability under the interference of pulse and sinusoidal signals, and at the same time effectively reduce the overshooting amount of the system and improve the control accuracy. This study provides theoretical basis and technical support for the optimal control of dual servo valve drive system of fully automatic hydraulic heavy equipment, which has important engineering application value.
